Tai Chi for Men

We are encouraging men to come and have a go at Tai Chi.
Taichi is amazing for balance and strength and is a martial art, yes, by slow movement rather than quick action, however, that is its power.
Come and try it out. Are you up for it?

We have about 6 classes left now until the July break and I’m wondering about a short test course of Tai Chi for men.

 When I Google Taichi most sites have a good percentage of men included in their classes, however, this isn’t the case in our U3a.

Some men have suggested to me that it is more of a dance and wishy-washy to boot, but that could not be further from the truth.

On Mondays, I am at Brentwood Community Centre already taking an open group from 9.30 till 10.30 so I would follow that group from 10.30 until 11.30.

 Are you up for it?  Can’t do any harm right??     Perhaps should I dare you?   Haha

Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.  Bring water.
