Sandra Park has joined the committee & will look after Social events. Following is an introduction supplied by Sandra.
I’m a bubbly & friendly person. Married with two adult children living in Berwick with my husband.
I have travelled throughout most of Asia and Australia, I have also lived in Bali Indonesia for a year & I absolutely love the culture and the local people very much. Travelling and meeting new people has always been one of my biggest passions.
I have chaired as a President of Rotaract ( subsidiary ) of Bentleigh Rotary and have been a member of Parent and Friend at Fountain Gate Primary School. I was also a member of the School Council for 7 years before my daughters graduated from primary school.
I love the involvement within groups which lead me to become the Social events officer at U3A. Below is a list of just a few ideas I would like to see the Social Club organize for our members to enjoy.
- Coffee Mornings at Cranbourne Botanical Gardens
- Bare Foot Bowling
- Movie Night/ coffee after
- Ten Pin Bowling
- Free Activities within the City of Casey
- Trivia Nights
- Day Trips
- Church Band visits etc

Social event – Morning Tea
Would love to see you come along to join in having a cup of tea/coffee to meet and greet other members of U3A, then a nice social stroll around the beautiful gardens together. If you enjoy this social meet and greet, we hope to make it into a regular Friday event. Hope to see you there
