Two class updates:

Cycling –

PedalTeam is part of Casey U3A.  The intent will be to organise a weekly ride (20KM to start with and depending on how we go we might increase the distance).

Departure will be from from various locations on Thursday mornings around 10:00.  We will limit cycling on the road as much as possible and intend to use existing bicycle paths and also stay on the flat.  The limit for the group will be 8 riders.

Please contact the course coordinator if you are interested to join or have any questions.

Our aim is to provide you with useful information about Casey University of the Third Age (U3A). We hope that these pages will make it easier for you to know about us and what we offer to the community of Casey.

This website is undergoing some freshening up. So if what you see this time looks different next time in information, presentation, even colours and pictures, that is why. Please bear with us as we work toward providing you with a positive experience.

If you have ideas for information you would like to see on the website, please write to:  Jan Whitaker, jwhit@janwhitaker.com, and your ideas will be taken under consideration.

The City of Casey is about 45 km to the South-East from Melbourne CBD. Casey has a number of rapidly developing suburbs such as Berwick, Cranbourne, Hallam and Hampton Park.

We have been providing a stimulating social and learning environment for senior members of the community since 1991. The programs we conduct aim to foster self-development through a process of sharing knowledge, ideas and skills.

Membership is open to all mature age persons who are not in full employment. There are no entry requirements, no examinations; all you need is to be interested in keeping your mind and body active.

The annual membership fee is $35 only, as tutors and office bearers provide their services free. This one fee covers all programs we run. You may attend as many as you wish.

Browse around the website. If you have any questions about us or need more information, click on Casey U3A to find Location & Contacts page for further details.

Thank you for visiting our Website. We hope that you have found the information interesting and we are looking forward seeing you soon as our new member.
